The relationship between you and your baby is so important for their development but requires work and time. Many parents or carers of babies can feel overwhelmed and may lack confidence. You may find, when you become a parent, that it triggers difficult feelings about yourself, your partner or your baby.
The Reach Foundation is excited to be working with the London Borough of Hounslow to deliver support for families and babies through the Family Hubs. This work is focused on promoting positive early relationships and good mental wellbeing for all babies and their families throughout the first 1001 days.
Support for parents and babies includes free to access pregnancy classes, baby massage in small groups and our baby group, Baby TLC, a space where parents can play with their baby and connect with other parents. We also run a group for dads and a group course on early language and play aimed at parents with under 1s. Families are also able to access more specialist services if needed.
